Sustainably Sourced Granite
Did you know? Vermont Poultry Grit is made from recycled granite blocks produced by the famous Rock of Ages quarry in Graniteville, Vermont. When granite breaks during extraction, it has to be discarded. We take these discarded blocks and break them down into materials for roads, bridges, gardens, seawalls, and more. One of the products we make from this material is Vermont Poultry Grit.
